The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of an earthquake-resistant building, has been almost completely renovated and combines modern aesthetics with high functionality. It can accommodate up to 6 people, making it an excellent choice for families, groups and business travelers. It has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and large closets, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and all modern amenities: elegant living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, classic bathroom with bathtub/shower, 3 Smart TVs, 3 air conditioners, hot water and autonomous heating for every season of the year. One of the biggest advantages of the accommodation is the large front terrace, where you can enjoy your coffee, drink or cigarette overlooking the sea, the beach and the lighthouse square with the impressive fountain. At the back there is a quiet and cool patio, ideal for relaxing, storing items or starting your day with a quiet morning coffee. The location of the accommodation is one of the most popular in the city, with a strong Italian character, thanks to the well-known shops located on the pedestrian street. Barolo Pizzeria and Umami Pasta, located just below, offer excellent flavors, while Kelari Pro next door covers all your needs for coffee, drinks and food. A short distance away you will find the famous "Italian" with perhaps the best ice cream in town, as well as the unique PINOCCHIO SWEETS confectionery shop. The pedestrian street leads to the main road, where even more remarkable shops await you. Within walking distance is the picturesque port, the train station and the coastal road with its numerous cafes and tavernas. Also, a few minutes' walk away you will find the Police Department, the bus station and several attractions worth discovering. For the little ones, right next to the lighthouse is the largest playground in the area. As for parking, next to the lighthouse operates the largest private outdoor parking lot in the city with a fee. There you can leave your vehicle all day and move comfortably on foot, since all the important points are within walking distance. It is a 3rd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a large spacious living room (with a sofa that becomes a bed for 2 more adults) - dining room and modern kitchen and of course a toilet-bathroom. It also has a large terrace overlooking the sea and a semi-open space at the back. All for the use and service of visitors. There's a big modern elevator. Finally, there is a municipal parking lot about 70 meters away. You will be given detailed instructions for easy access to it if you make a reservation.
