Simple, tasteful stay — best suited for relaxed breaks & unwind The space This peaceful 1BHK ground-floor apartment is designed for privacy and relaxation. The interior features a traditional floor-seating area, perfect for cozy conversations, and a homely vibe. The space is surrounded by greenery, and the large doors can be opened to let in a fresh breeze and enjoy the view of our outdoor plants. With two full bathrooms, it's a practical and comfortable retreat. Sleep & Relax The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, ideal for 2 guests, with a soft, cozy mattress designed for a restful night’s sleep and relaxation. The lobby has a sofa that can be easily converted into a bed, suitable for 2 additional guests when required. House Rules Peaceful Society: We love our neighbors! Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM to maintain the quiet atmosphere. Privacy & Guests: We welcome families and unmarried couples. To comply with government regulations, all guests must submit a copy of their valid IDs before check-in. No Parties: Our home is designed for relaxation and cozy conversations only; loud gatherings are not permitted. Care for the Space: Please treat our cute home and its aesthetics with love. If you use the center table for snacks, please ensure no stains are left behind. Check-out: Switch off all appliances, lock the door, and place the keys back in the hanging lockbox (don't forget to scramble the dials!). Kitchen & Refreshments The Basics: Help yourself to the coffee, creamer, sugar, and salt provided. Quick Prep: An electric kettle is ready for your use. For everything else, DMart is just a 2-minute walk away. Power & Lighting Reliability: The apartment has reliable power backup (inverter) to ensure uninterrupted electricity during outages. Safety & Fun Safety First: A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located on the rack in the lobby for your peace of mind. Entertainment: We’ve left a Ludo game on the lobby rack—perfect for a quiet evening in! Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment. Entry is via a secure door located near the building's green perimeter. The location is incredibly convenient, situated just a few steps away from DMart Karjat, making it easy to grab supplies or snacks at any time. Other things to note Please note:- 1. IDs: All guests (including unmarried couples) must submit valid photo IDs before check-in. Note:- For foreign passport holders we need Passport & Valid visa or OCI card as per Indian govt norms. 2. Guests will be charged for early checkin & late checkout subject to availability and prior confirmation with the Host - at least 1 Day prior to check-in & check-out. A rate of INR 599 will be applicable per hour in both the cases basis availability. 3. Charges: Extra guests (above 2) are ₹899/day; Pets are welcome at ₹499/day. 4. Housekeeping is available at 10: 00 am everyday and 100/- fee per day is charged for cleaning. 5. Decorations are allowed in limits only. We don't allow any pasting or tapes on walls & roof. 6. Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful society; please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 7. Smoking: is permitted only near the windows to ensure proper ventilation and to keep the rest of the home fresh. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 8. Fun & Safety: A Ludo game, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher are provided on the lobby rack. 9. We don't allow flower petals on Sofa & linen.
