Message us for availability or group options! Guest access You have access to the 4 cabins and the property. Other things to note -🚨 Bring drinking water -For safety and comfort during your visit, we recommend carrying a flashlight when walking around the property at night, as outdoor lighting is limited. Please bring plenty of drinking water for your group, especially if you plan to spend time outdoors or exploring the area. -Important Vehicle Preparedness for Desert Driving: The surrounding roads and desert terrain can have sharp rocks, thorns, and debris that increase the risk of flat tires. For your safety, we strongly recommend bringing a properly inflated spare tire, along with the necessary tools to change a tire (jack, lug wrench, and any vehicle-specific adapters). Cell service can be spotty, so being self-sufficient is key. -Guests are welcome to use the grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided—please purchase these locally during your stay. We provide a starter supply of coffee (grounds and/or pods), bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as household basics such as paper towels and toilet paper, plus kitchen staples like basic spices and cooking oil. These items are offered as a convenience, but we suggest bringing any personal favorites or additional quantities for longer stays. Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved dogs! Pets (dogs only) are welcome at our property except for in the Lodge large cabin. Pets must be disclosed and added to your reservation at the time of booking. When reserving, please select the correct number of guests (e.g., 6 people + 2 dogs) so the pet fee is automatically applied. Important House Rules for Pets: Dogs are not permitted on any bedding, furniture, or upholstered surfaces. Please bring your dog's own bedding/crate if needed. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property. Never leave your dog unattended in the house unless they are crated. You are responsible for immediately picking up after your dog outside and disposing of waste properly. This is a remote, natural area with wildlife including coyotes, mountain lions, bears, and snakes. Please keep a close eye on your dog at all times for their safety. Trail & Park Information (Big Bend Area): Dogs are not allowed on any trails in Big Bend National Park. In Big Bend Ranch State Park, dogs are permitted only on the Closed Canyon Trail and the Hoodoos Trail (along FM 170), and must stay within ¼ mile of campsites or designated roads—no other trails or backcountry areas. Due to these significant restrictions and the area's wildlife risks, we generally recommend leaving your dog at home if possible. However, if you decide to bring them, we’re happy to host you both—just please follow these rules. Pet Fee & Enforcement: A pet fee is automatically added when you include a pet in your reservation. This helps cover extra cleaning and maintenance. Bringing a pet without adding it to your reservation (i.e., sneaking one in) will result in double the standard pet fee being charged, plus potential additional fees for cleaning or damages. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, extra cleaning, or issues caused by their pets. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home in great condition for everyone! 🐶 Thank you for helping us stay pet-friendly!
