The space The guesthouse is a private, self-contained unit attached to the main house with no shared indoor or outdoor spaces. It has its own separate entrance and is not accessible from the main home. The space includes a sleeping/living area, a private bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, sink, and mini fridge. Additional amenities include a closet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat. Street parking is available directly in front of the private entrance. There is no access to the backyard or main house. Guest access Guests may access only the guesthouse and the immediate entry area in front of the entrance. There is no access to the main house, backyard, or other areas of the property. Other things to note I have a friendly dog that lives on the property. The dog does not access the guesthouse or guest areas and will not be in the backyard during guest stays. The guesthouse is located in a residential neighborhood, and typical daytime neighborhood sounds (such as cars or dogs) may be heard.
