The space Indulge in this stunning 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with elevator access, a balcony offering breathtaking views of the River Thames, and free overground parking conveniently located by the entrance. The living room features a comfortable sofa, modern armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV, floor-to-ceiling window, and a glass door leading to the balcony. Start your mornings with coffee at the cosy round table on the balcony while enjoying the serene river views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, and the dining area boasts a sleek rectangular table with seating for six. The master bedroom with a large window for natural light includes a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a long dresser, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom also features a double bed and a wardrobe. Both beds will be made with fresh, hotel-quality linens before your arrival. For added convenience, there is a second bathroom with a shower. Complimentary toiletries and soft towels will be provided. We are delighted to welcome our four-legged friends! Here, we’re all about kindness and companionship and warmly embrace animals. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
