These are strictly enforced for the comfort and security of all residents. • Building access is secured via electronic key fobs. Only one set is issued per reservation. Lost, missing, or unreturned keys or fobs at checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. • This is a highly secure residential building. Please respect all residents by keeping noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Disturbances may result in removal without refund. • Pool access is limited to the number of guests listed on your reservation and may require pool passes. • This is a non-smoking property, including balconies and parking garages. Smoking is only permitted at least 10 feet away from the building. Violations will result in fines. • All common areas and amenities are monitored by video surveillance and may be patrolled by building security. • Please note that your unit may be located on the first level. • No rooftop access on 4th of July and some holidays or occasions.
