Totally self contained with kitchenette, full size bathroom facilities, air conditioning, TV, free WiFi and Netflix. Guests can relax on their private, north-facing verandah overlooking a spacious lawned area and native landscaping. A fully fenced courtyard and doggy door means you are welcome to bring your best friend too. The space Situated only a few minutes walk to the beach via a hidden pathway, Sun Studio is also walking distance to a variety of beachside cafes and bars where you can enjoy sunsets over the ocean daily. The Studio has its own private entrance, driveway, fenced courtyard and verandah in an elevated position overlooking native landscaping and the surrounding tree-lined neighbourhood. The decor is light, cosy and modern with facilities including a queen sized bed and separate ensuite with all linen and towels provided. The modern kitchenette includes refrigerator, induction stovetop, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and utensils. Other appliances include, reverse cycle air-conditioner; 40 inch flat screen smart TV, free WIFI and Netflix. The courtyard is both private and spacious. The lawned area is great for sunbaking and is well protected from the prevailing wind with a decked verandah providing relief from the sun. Pets are welcome as the courtyard is fully fenced and there is a doggy door leading outside. An additional nightly fee applies. Situated in the charismatic and quirky "Old Quinns" locality, the abundance of established large trees and gardens are a magnet for the native bird population, many of which can be observed from the verandah. Sun Studio is also home to a pair of breeding pink and grey galahs who have a nesting box on the north wall with hatchlings merging successfully every year. Sun Studio is perfectly suited to a nature loving couple either visiting from overseas or locals wanting an effortless beach retreat.
