The apartment comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The space The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, 50-inch flat-screen TV, and dining table; - KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave, and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning (split in the corridor), washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for exclusive use of our Guests. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Check-in can take place in person or in online self check-in mode: the guest will receive confirmation of the check-in method 2 days before check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment. - SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on retrieving the keys and accessing the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm. - IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: A member of our staff will welcome you at our office at Via Feltre 188 - 32100 Belluno (1 km from the apartment). The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. During office hours, check-in will be self-service. PLEASE NOTE: in the periods from November 15th to April 15th of each year, winter equipment on cars is mandatory (it is strongly recommended to equip yourself with snow tires and NOT chains).
