Bright, well-equipped fitter's apartment/holiday apartment in a quiet location. The space Welcome to our farm Our apartments have grown over many years and were originally used exclusively by the family. Since we took over the farm, we have been renovating and redesigning the property piece by piece with a lot of love, dedication and craftsmanship. The apartments have their very own charm – individually and lovingly furnished. They do not offer a new building standard, but a special atmosphere that you can feel. Since we also pursue our full-time professions in addition to the farm, we ask for your understanding if the lawnmower is running in between or manual work has to be done. Our home is in a quiet secluded location – and yet it is full of life. In addition to us – Max and me – our children, friends and of course our guests are also part of the colorful farm life. The Monteur apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom/children's room with a single bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a small equipped kitchen and a living and dining area with a pull-out couch. From the bedroom there is a door to the terrace. The terrace overlooks our lawn and backyard. In addition to this terrace, other places to relax on the property may be used. Children are expressly welcome with us and are allowed to discover and experience to their heart's content - please not without parental supervision. Dogs are also welcome guests with us. However, they should be obedient and compatible with dogs and cats. Our wish is that everyone feels welcome with us and can enjoy a relaxed, unforgettable time on the farm. Guest access In addition to their terrace, our guests have access to our lawn with various seating options and a natural bathing pond. The spacious backyard offers plenty of space to play, swim and relax. The bathing pond is a natural bathing area whose appearance and water quality may be subject to natural, seasonal fluctuations (e.g. turbidity, algae formation or plant growth). These are not a defect, but a typical feature of a natural bathing pond. The use of the bathing pond is generally possible all year round, depending on the weather and natural conditions, and is at your own risk. The wood-fired hot tub can be used by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Please reserve this in good time, as a certain lead time is required for this. Existing bicycles and play equipment may be used by our guests. There are both children's bicycles and adult bicycles available. Use is also at your own risk. We expressly ask that children not be allowed to play or swim unattended in the courtyard or in the area of the bathing pond. By booking this place, our guests acknowledge these notes and conditions. Parents are liable for their children. Other things to note We ask all guests not to let their children play unattended on the property and expect a friendly interaction with people and animals.
