Located in the heart of the Périgord Blanc, relaxation is guaranteed in our "intimate" gîte, with all comforts, located in the middle of a green setting. A natural setting to unwind: wide open spaces and calm are assured. Enjoy the marked trails of Léguillac for beautiful walks in the heart of nature. On site, we will be happy to guide you, and you will find in the accommodation a lot of information to discover our beautiful region, both in terms of cuisine, sports and culture. The space Immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be charmed by our comfortable gîte, perfect for a moment of intimacy, this gîte nestled in the heart of nature is the ideal place to enjoy a soothing stay, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Very well equipped, it has everything you need for unforgettable moments. Our amenities: - terrace - barbecue - garden furniture, chairs and armchairs - fully equipped kitchen - Shampoo, conditioner, body soap - a car is necessary. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen - dining room with TV and access through a large bay window + storage cupboard, and, in a separate room, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, therefore difficult to access for adults and children with walking difficulties, you will find a charming living room-bedroom with a 160 cm bed and TV. Access to the spa, bed linen, towels as well as 2 bathrobes, body soap, shampoo/conditioner are provided as well as breakfast 1 pet accepted, no fenced park. Presence on the property of 2 cats and sometimes a dog. Guest access Go down to the end of the road and park between the terrace in front of the bay window and the wooden chalet. If no one is there to welcome you, a key box is located in the window frame, on the left of the bay window. You will have easy access to free parking. Other things to note Practical information for your stay: The spa consists of a 5-person Jacuzzi and the cocooning chalet. Open space from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. You have the option to extend your stay in the afternoon for an additional €10 per hour from 12 p.m. - A NON-DEBITED deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival by Up2Pay secure bank link. Please leave this amount in your account during your stay to avoid the inconvenience of a refusal. - Please leave the house in a clean condition upon departure and return any furniture or objects that have been moved to their original position. - If I am not present to welcome you, you can enter independently. I will have explained to you before your arrival the conditions and house rules - access to night spaces NOT allowed to ALL our animal friends.
