Vacation like at Grandma's

Enjoy your vacation days with grandma flair in our charming little apartment on the edge of the forest. The house is quietly located on the edge of the forest - ideal for family vacations, weekend trips with friends or a cozy break. The upper Mühlviertel also has many beautiful hiking trails and nature experiences to offer. We look forward to having you visit us! The space On the ground floor there is the front house, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining/storage room. In the large kitchen-living room there is a stylish wood-burning stove including an oven, a cozy dining table and a couch. Upstairs on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a small sitting area One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other has a single bed and a 1.40 wide futon. The garden in front of the apartment as well as the barn with the hanging chair may be shared. Guest access In the house, there are two apartments, each with its own entrance. One apartment is completely at the guests' disposal. A family of 6 lives in the other apartment. Garage and carport are shared. Other things to note Important: The visitor's tax and €30 cleaning fee must be paid in cash on site! We live on a farm and mainly produce cereal products, tofu, tempeh and apple juice. We also have a farm shop right at our farm, where you can directly stock up on our fresh organic products. In the village itself there is a bakery, where you can also buy groceries for basic needs. The bakery is open until noon on weekdays. There are also two inns with regional cuisine nearby. The nearest supermarkets are located in either Altenfelden or Rohrbach. The apartment is about 2 km from the B127 highway. Getting there from Linz is also easy by public transport. Buses run from Linz almost hourly during the week and several times a day on weekends. Stop: Arnreit Umfahrung. By appointment, we will also be happy to pick you up by car from the bus stop. There is also 1 e-bike as well as normal bicycles, which you can also use by arrangement.
