Minutes away from shopping, breweries/wineries, restaurants and historic locations (Antietam Battlefield). Our barn has 1 Queen BR, 1 Queen bed in Loft & 2 cots available by request for kids. We have put our heart into building this property the last 12 months, designed specifically to be a serene and private getaway spot to host amazing individuals and families like you. No Hosted Events or Weddings For liability and safety reasons, the property may not be used for events, parties, or weddings. Our parking is very limited and can only accommodate registered guests. Private location yet still close to restaurants, wineries, breweries, historic battlefield (Antietam), C&O Canal, Potomac River, Ski Resorts (Whitetail), Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Charles Town, & Frederick. Approximately 60 miles to Washington D.C. and Baltimore. If you have any problems during your stay, regardless of time of day, please do not hesitate to call or text. We live 1 mile from the property and have no problem answering any issues that may arise. For your convenience when visiting you will find the following: Bathroom- supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand/face soap will be provided. As well as appliances like iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Coffee Bar- please find a small assortment of coffee and teas Kitchen- we have utensils, foil, bake wear, pots, pans, spices, toaster, cutting board, knives, dish drying pad, hand towels, pot holders and dish scrub brush. Do not cross the stream or fencing into neighboring farmland. The utility room/owners closet will be locked. Other things to note Limited parking with narrow driveway turnaround.
