La Piazzetta - Cozy three-room apartment in Solza

Welcome to "La Piazzetta", our cozy home in the heart of Solza! The apartment has two bedrooms and an outdoor area and is perfect for couples, friends or families who want to discover the area. Solza, in fact, is in a strategic position to visit Bergamo, Lecco and Milan, and is an excellent starting point for those who love culture, nature and outdoor activities. The space The apartment has a cozy living area, with a large 65-inch Smart TV, perfect for relaxing while watching your favorite programs. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes independently. You will find a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, and dishwasher. The living area is also equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during the warmer and colder months. The master bedroom has a double bed with cotton sheets and a large wardrobe where you can comfortably store your clothes. The reading lamps on the bedside tables are equipped with USB and USB-C sockets, so you can easily recharge your devices. The second bedroom, ideal for a child or a third traveller, has a single bed with cotton sheets, a small TV, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a safe inside the wardrobe. The bedrooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but the cooling system in the living area helps to maintain a pleasant temperature here too; if necessary, we will provide you with additional fans. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, a large shower, a hair dryer and a washing machine, with detergents provided for use during your stay. Each guest will have a set of three soft towels and will find shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. The apartment has an outdoor area overlooking the square and the church, with a table for four people, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The house is also equipped with a Wi-Fi connection so that you can stay connected during your stay. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. The living area also overlooks a second internal courtyard that separates this apartment from the one in which I live with my family and which we may use (without disturbing you) during your stay. In case you need to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we will be available.
