Welcome to our bohemian Berber house, consisting of three bedrooms, in the heart of a farm of more than one hectare. From its 150 m² interiors, you can admire the Mediterranean landscaped garden and its private swimming pool, the vast olive grove with the Atlas Mountains as the only skyline. The house, centered on the patio-terrace, allows you to fully enjoy the light and calm. Another swimming pool is available in the area. Authenticity and comfort for a unique stay. The space The house combines natural materials, local crafts, wood, tadelakt and soft colors. You can enjoy panoramic views of the garden and its swimming pool, the patio-terrace and the entire estate: olive trees, fruit trees, mountains, and reg. desert. Spacious, the house has two bedrooms (and their bathrooms) positioned at each end guaranteeing everyone tranquility and privacy, and a third extra with a desk area facing the Atlas. The rooms offer a comfortable bed, a warm and soothing atmosphere, as well as two elegant bathrooms. All rooms open to the outside, bathed in light and offering a unique view. The spaces are designed around intimate nooks, both inside and outside: two living rooms, a fireplace corner under a local stone cathedral ceiling, spaces to work, read, stroll, as well as several places dedicated to meals according to the seasons. Breakfast is included in your stay. Ideal place to recharge your batteries. Two other houses are on the estate, each with its own garden, and without any opposite. You can also enjoy a second 17 × 10 m shared infinity pool, nestled on the edge of the olive grove. The farm operates largely autonomously: solar electricity and water from the well, for a stay that respects the environment and is in harmony with the surrounding nature. Guest access The house, which includes a garden with infinity pool, is located in the heart of an authentic farm of more than one hectare (and fenced) composed of: • an olive grove • fruit trees (including pomegranate trees) and a cactus garden • Mediterranean-style gardens, flowers, and relaxation areas (patio, terraces...) • a summer kitchen • a second swimming pool • a Berber brazier • farm animals A rare natural setting, just over twenty kilometers from Marrakech and only 25 minutes from the airport, where the calm and sweetness of life punctuate every day, and where, at night, a clear sky allows you to admire the stars. The farm is located in an authentic Berber village with the possibility of many walks. You can freely enjoy the two swimming pools, designed to satisfy all desires: • a main pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing near the summer kitchen • a more intimate pool in your garden, perfect for reading, resting or sunbathing Deckchairs, shaded areas and rest areas are available throughout the day. Experiences and services: In addition, we offer lunches and dinners inspired by Moroccan cuisine, revisited with a contemporary touch and prepared from fresh and local products. Meals can be enjoyed in one of our dining rooms, in the garden or in the heart of the olive grove, depending on the season and your desires. Meals are available by reservation, at least 24 hours in advance. We also offer a selection of experiences to enrich your stay, such as: • "Discover Agafay" experiences just minutes from the farm: a camel ride, sunset quad bike ride, hikes, an evening in a Berber camp... • a horseback ride • unique and cultural experiences close to the farm, on the Moroccan Atlantic coast, in the mountains, or in the Sahara. We can also connect guests with trusted local providers (drivers...). The farm is equipped with Wi-Fi, ideal for digital nomads wishing to combine work and disconnection. Other things to note The farm is about 35 minutes from Marrakech (Medina), and 25 minutes from the airport in a small Berber village on the edge of the Agafay Desert and facing the Atlas Mountains. It is an ideal location for hiking, whether in the desert or in the nearby mountains. To fully enjoy the region and move around freely, it is recommended to have a vehicle. If necessary, we can direct you to trusted providers for car rental or transfers (taxi or private drivers). In accordance with Moroccan law, we cannot accept unmarried Moroccan couples.
