The space At the heart of this Architecturally designed home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, a welcoming space for everyone to gather. Large sliding doors open onto a generous wraparound deck complete with outdoor dining, lounging areas, and a Weber BBQ for long summer evenings. Inside, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms: two with king-sized beds and a funky bunk room the kids will love. There’s a fully tiled bathroom with a freestanding bath, plus a second separate toilet for convenience. A laundry nook with washing machine is also provided. The modern kitchen features a double fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, and dishwasher, making cooking a breeze. For entertainment, LED TVs are located in both the lounge and bunk room. Guest access Use of the full house. Other things to note Water: All water in Riversdale is collected from rain into storage tanks. Please use it thoughtfully, especially over summer. The fridge has a filter on the chilled water outlet for your convenience. Rubbish: Collection is on Mondays. Before you leave, please place all rubbish in the council bags provided under the kitchen sink and put them out for collection. Recycling: The town’s recycling station is located just across the road next to the park. Linen & Towels: Quality cotton sheets are supplied and the beds will be made up for your arrival. Bath towels, bath mats, and hand towels are also provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Extras: A coffee machine is available so don’t forget to bring your favourite coffee beans! The lounge and bunk rooms feature new Smart TVs and Starlink WiFi is also provided.
