Spacious home set among the redwoods. Very close to Cal Poly Humboldt campus (less than 5 min walk to graduation venue), with ample parking in private driveway. The space This unique home is practically on the HSU campus (less than 5 min walk to grad ceremony venue). Nestled in the redwoods, you can easily access the forest trails or campus right outside the door. You will have access to the entire DOWNSTAIRS of the home including free parking in the driveway and outdoor space. This "last minute" reduced rate provides guests access to the downstairs while the upstairs and garage remains locked/blocked. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils, and basic cooking needs (oil, spices, etc). There is a toaster, full stove, microwave, and air fryer. Enjoy bay views from the kitchen space. The front living room boasts panoramic windows overlooking the forest. The back living room has a large couch and TV with access to streaming services. The bedroom has a king sized bed and couch/futon bed (large twin size). An additional self-inflating air mattress is available in the closet in the bedroom (sleeps up to 2). Additional amenities (e.g., pack and play, children’s toys, etc) can be provided upon request. There is a large backyard with bay views, a treehouse, and outdoor seating. The yard is fenced in and backs right onto Redwood Park with access to forest trails. Guest access Downstairs of the home (except the garage). Upstairs is blocked off and unoccupied.
