The space The Purple Room is one of only 4 guest rooms available in a large seaside villa property. This villa is home to the hosts and their staff. The hosts' and staffs' living area is distinctly separate from the guest building, guest garden and guest lounge. The host couple's area includes a seaside veranda facing the night view of Tagbilaran City. This area is open for guests for a veranda dinner. The guest lounge is an air-conditioned area with microwave, water station, and dining amenities. The guest lounge features a home theater screen to watch Netflix movies at night. Projector fee applies. The guest gardens features a koi pond with fountain, relaxed seating under a tree, green lawn and flowering plants. There is also a small garden patio beside the guest lounge with seating for tea or coffee. The villa is located in Dauis municipality, along the coastline of Panglao Island, Bohol. This location is 10 mins from the City of Tagbilaran, 15 mins to Alona and Panglao beach areas and 2 hours from the tourist sites of mainland Bohol, including the Chocolate Hills and Loboc River. Countryside tours are available for additional fees. The hosts can arrange this for guests. Guest access The property is fully fenced and entry is through the main gates. Only guests are allowed entry and gates are upon via phone access. Guests have full access to the guest building, guest garden, guest lounge, guest parking. The hosts' area is available for breakfast and in the evenings for pre-arranged sea side veranda dinners. There are additional koi ponds, a vanilla farm and an organic chicken eggs farm near the parking area that are also available for guests to view. Access to the shore is not yet available at this time. Other things to note The hosts have dogs in the property but are limited to the hosts' area-- separated by a low metal fence and gate. We will need to make sure prospective guests are comfortable with dogs, although dogs are not in the guest areas.
