Family-friendly house with walking distance to beautiful Vallda Sandö nature reserve and marina perfect for swimming and hiking. The house can accommodate two families if required. Large terrace with dining area, terrace pool (not a hot tub) and lounge furniture, as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue (gas + charcoal). On the property, there is a cozy pergola and a trampoline. Walking and cycling distance to restaurants, golf clubs, cozy forest trails and lovely cliff baths. To Gothenburg it takes about 20-25 minutes by car, about 45 to go by public transport. The space House on two levels at a cul de sac. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, and 1 room with a toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a sofa bed and a door leading out to the patio. The upper floor consists of two large bedrooms with 1.20 beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
