Historic villa Guest house at the entrance to Horehronie

The guest house is a 100-year-old villa located in Podbrezová in the Kolkáreň district. Podbrezová, as the gateway to the Horehronie region, offers a strategic location and you can get directly from the house to Tále, Krpáčovo and Mýto pod Ďumbierom within 20 minutes by car and to the Chopok Juh resort in 25 minutes. Also nearby you will find the Bystrianska Cave, the Čiernohronská železnica station and many hiking and cycling trails. The Dom hostí itself was designed as a place for families with children or groups of friends to relax. The space The house offers 4 separate rooms with private bathrooms (one of which is a 2-room apartment), a shared dining room, kitchen and living room. On the ground floor, there is a separate children's corner, 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with wood tiles, dining room and shared toilet. In the basement, there is an infrared sauna and a cellar for social gatherings. Upstairs in the entrance hall with a large French balcony, there is a 6-foot pool table. There are also three other separate rooms upstairs, one of which is actually a 2-room apartment. Each room has a desk and a chair. There are 4 LED TVs with Internet TV and Netflix and 2 bluetooth speakers in the house. There is also Stiga hockey, darts, a retro game console with 3000 games from the 90s, board games and books. Internet is available throughout the space. Parking for 4 cars in the yard. On the lower terrace by the house there is a gas grill, gazebo, hot tub, basketball hoop. On the upper terrace there is a heated 8-meter pool, another gazebo with seating and sun loungers. There is also a children's playground, football goals, a ping-pong table, a children's bow, a volleyball net, badminton and, of course, all the necessary equipment for the sports. Guest access The villa is located in the Kolkáreň housing estate, which is an original smaller housing estate with 3-storey apartment buildings, set in nature. 200 meters from the house is a public swimming pool and 500 meters a football stadium, where FK Podbrezová football club plays. The villa itself borders the forest from the back and you can immediately connect to the green tourist sign and from it to the yellow one and take a nice hike around. The routes are also suitable for mountain bikes, but rather e-bikes. A normal bike is only for those in good shape, because you will not find much flat terrain here. I would like to point out that it is not a solitude in the forest, but within 20-25 minutes you are in Chopok, or in Táloch, or Mýto.
