Breathtaking views, comfort, romantic evenings, heated pool, big bbq, peace and privacy in the heart of nature - here is everything you need for a perfect vacation. :) Family house with pool in the hills is located at a great location. Despite peaceful neighborhood and nature, the old towns of Trogir and Split, as many more interesting places, are only 20 minutes (even less) drive away. ~ ~ The whole property - more then 1000 squared meters - is fenced, which is perfect if your kids love to play outside (whose don't :)). Big pool and practical outside hot shower are hidden in olive threes, away from the street view. Pool has a heating system, so if you are planing your to come in May or September, you can count on a nice temperatures. ~ ~ Garden is just a-m-a-z-i-n-g. You are going to love it more then the house. View on City Kaštela and islands (especially in the evening), sun loungers, swings, plants, flowers, herbs, rocks ... Just takes the breath away. Our favourite part of the garden is definitely big barbecue. Even if you haven't tried to use it before, now is the perfect time! We provide woods and suggest not to use coal (please) - meat teastes much better on woods. We will be happy to show you how to prepare great BBQ: stacking of wood, preparing meat, starting the fire and preparing olive-oil supplement (must try). ~ ~ The house consists of two floors with separate entrances. So when you wake up before others, sneak out the first foor and enjoy your coffee downstairs without being worried that you are going to wake up your company. ~ ~ Floors have different styles: ground floor is casual with amazing new kitchen, practical bathroom and huge sofa. On the other hand, first floor is modern and classy. Big cable TV and air conditioner are on the each floor. You are going to feel like at home. Maybe even better? :) ~ ~ We rent the whole house to one group of guests - no matter how big (or small :)) your group is - only you are going to enjoy this place. ~~ When you arrive to this "little" spot, this becomes your home, not a vacation rental. You have access to everything in the house. If there is something missing, just let us know - we will be happy to help. Your feedback is very important to us. ~ ~ Very often, we host families with small children and provide a high chair and/or a cot. Our youngest baby-guest was not even 3 months old. If you need high chair and cot, or anything else for your toddlers - just ask. ~ ~ We've hosted groups of friends who came to our country to see as much as possible, families who didn't want to leave our pool and BBQ, couples who wanted to spend a romantic week in pure nature and didn't leave the place at all. No matter what is your story, you will perfectly fit in this lovely place.
