The space The space: This little urban nirvana is detached from the main house, and offers complete privacy. Cedar walls and pine wood floors throughout give it a modern cabin feel. Gable windows and french doors provide an abundance of natural light, and room darkening curtains provide a good amount of shade. Vaulted ceilings and properly utilized space make it feel spacious yet cozy. It’s great for guests seeking a place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring Portland. There is a key code to enter the cabin. Other things to note Other things to note -There is plenty of FREE street parking in front of the house. I try to leave the space directly in front of the house open to guests for ease of finding a spot, and to be respectful to the neighbors parking. -There is a closet with plenty of hangers for clothes, as well as a built in shoe rack. -The cabin is very well insulated keeping it very quiet. The small space heater and through wall air conditioner provided work great to cool and heat the space. -The fire pit is available for use, and there is plenty of split wood to burn. If summers get hot and dry there may a burn ban implemented, in which case it will be decommissioned. -I would ask guests to please be respectful of neighbors if hanging out on the property, especially after 10pm
