With its elevated location, the unit offers rare and breathtaking panoramic ocean views, complemented by a private sea view balcony where you can fully enjoy the beauty of island living. This thoughtfully designed 30-square-meter studio features one king-size bed, creating a spacious and comfortable stay experience. Double-glazed sound- and heat-insulated sliding doors, together with a 1.5 HP ultra-quiet split-type air conditioner and ceiling fan, ensure a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable temperature year-round. Designed by an artist, the interior incorporates natural solid wood furniture and eco-conscious materials, blending aesthetics, comfort, and sustainability. The layout has been carefully arranged to maximize both functionality and the expansive ocean view. Enjoy high-speed private internet access (400 Mbps), smart appliances, and intelligent lighting systems that allow effortless control of your living environment. An in-room electronic safe is also provided for your valuables. Relax with a 55-inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, and soft ambient lighting—all designed to create a cozy and relaxing vacation atmosphere. Guest access Guests enjoy complimentary access to the infinity pool, children’s play area, fitness gym, rooftop sky deck, and sports courts. You are also welcome to enjoy pickleball, basketball ， facilities free of charge—adding more fun and activity to your island getaway. For added convenience and peace of mind, four private parking spaces are exclusively reserved for your stay (Building C: S016 & S027; Building A: S012 & S013). Other things to note For guests traveling with children, parents or guardians must take full responsibility for their safety, especially in areas such as stair railings, balconies, rooftops, and the swimming pool. Early check-in and late check-out are generally free of charge but subject to availability and must be coordinated with the host in advance. Luggage storage is also possible upon request and with host approval. Items will be stored in a designated area and can only be kept between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please take care of your valuables, as we are not liable for any loss. We provide 2 bottles of drinking water per day, along with some basic supplies for your arrival, such as coffee capsules, toiletries, and laundry detergent. As this is a private apartment rather than a full-service hotel, daily housekeeping, unlimited replenishment of supplies, front desk, and concierge services are not provided. Occasional outages of power, water, or internet can also happen due to weather or third-party service disruptions (e.g., maintenance). These events are outside our control and do not constitute a defect of the property. We will coordinate promptly with the building and service providers and follow guidance from authorities, but no compensation or liability applies beyond the platform’s policies.
