With its modern amenities and ample space, it provides easy access to everything you need for a comfortable city stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The space BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. During your stay you'll have access to: - fridge/freezer - crockery and cutlery - microwave - cooktop - oven We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: With access to high-speed WiFi, the living room also has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. TV has access to all local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine and dryer are available as well as an iron and ironing board for guests to use. Note that the washing machine door is cracked due to wear and tear but the appliance is in good working condition. LAUNDRY ACCESS NOTE: You can conveniently access the laundry facilities through the office section of the unit without requiring a key. Additionally, if you need to access the laundry from the exterior, you can use the emergency key set. For longer stays or if you anticipate needing keys, we can provide information on where to obtain them during your stay. PARKING: The driveway can accommodate a maximum of two vehicles. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. The Security camera is located outside specifically on the upper right side of the building’s entrance section and monitors both the entrance and the parking area. There are no cameras inside the property.
