We will be happy to host you, from 2 to 4 people, in this carefully renovated 30 m2 accommodation. Quiet, located 5 minutes walk from the center of Viarmes with all the essential shops. Sleeping arrangements: one 160 x 200 bed and one 140 x 190 sofa bed. Kitchen area with bar. Large bay window and garden area at your disposal. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Paris 45 minutes by train and CDG 25 minutes by car. 2 km from the Abbey of Royaumont and the Golf of Montgriffon. The space Completely renovated, clean and very bright main room. Quiet, between city and countryside. Ideal for lovers of walks, on foot or by bicycle. We have obtained the 2* TOURIST FURNITURE CLASSIFICATION, which guarantees our guests the quality of service and also reduces the tourist tax (collected for the municipality) to only €2.93/person. On request, I can add a baby cot and a changing mat in the room (I will just ask you for an extra €5 for the installation and to bring back your sheets for this baby bed). See photo of the room with the baby bed installed. The accommodation is non-smoking; however, an ashtray is available in the covered outdoor area. For stays of at least 5 nights, I can offer a laundry service (8 kg machine) + dryer, for a fee of €7. Guest access Garden area available, with table, chairs and umbrella. If you come by car, you can park directly in our driveway. Pets can be accepted on request and subject to conditions, with a surcharge of €5 per night. Other things to note Included: sheets and towels, as well as 2 dish towels. All linen is new and of quality. SPECIAL: Reduced rate at the Abbey of Royaumont for my guests! I have a partnership with the Abbey to give you countermarks allowing you to benefit from a reduced rate. Several amenities are new, such as the induction hob, the set of pots and pans to cook in good conditions, the modular table to save space if you come with 2 people, or the stool/laundry basket in the bathroom to optimize space. You'll also have a welcome booklet with lots of tourist information about our city and region. Paris is accessible by train via line H which arrives directly at Gare du Nord, via Saint Denis station if you want to go to Stade de France. Parc Astérix is also 30 minutes drive away. Board games or books available on request.
