We serve business travelers, couples, individuals as well as families with kids. We strive to give hotel amenities and more, but with a home setting. Enjoy Netflix as well as Roku TV, along with our 2 gueen beds. For families with kids we offer 2 sleeper sofas and a Click Clack Couch. READ ALL RULES PLEASE Full kitchen with all the amenities you can think of including a Crockpot, Panini maker, blender, toaster and coffee maker. Laundry room with front load machines and an ironing board. Spacious bedrooms with extra linens, blankets and towels. In the bedroom closets you will find complete sets of bedding for the 2 sleeper sofas and the click clack couch. We have 3 mattress toppers to be used with the 2 sleeper sofas and the click-clack couch. There is a pack & play and highchair for little ones, a bean bag game, cards and additional family games. TV with NETFLIX SUBSCRIPTION, Roku, DVD and VHS player, as well as a CD player. Access to the apartment is via a private entrance on the left side of the home. Guest will be given an access code to enter the apartment, and eliminate the hassle of keys. We normally give guests an access code similar to the last 4 numbers of their phone number. The code will expire at checkout time - 11am. Guest have access to the entire living area in basement apartment, bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. We prefer to give guest their privacy. We prefer communicating via the Airbnb App. We are available by phone for emergencies. 20 minutes to Sundance Ski Resort, Provo Canyon 1 hour to Snowbird Ski Resort, or Downtown Salt Lake City Close to LDS temples and BYU 5 min to Walmart and 15 minutes to Costco other grocery stores Kneaders bakery walking distance Restaurants close by. Use the bicycles, or bus, Uber, or your car rental We live upstairs. We prefer that guests message through the Airbnb App for most communication. In case of if EMERGENCY, you can phone us. Normal living noises may be heard, however we try hard to be considerate of our guest with after hours noise. We ask that guest also be considerate of the after hour noise they make. Please no loud noise after 10pm. No PARTIES please. Unapproved guests can not spend the night. Only pre-approved guests can spend the night and use the apartment. Thanks
