Guest access For guest convenience and safety all Fun Coast Rentals properties feature contactless check-in. Should you need it, our professional management team is available to assist you in person at any time during your stay! Other things to note Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 5-7 days (depending on card used), the security hold will be released and recaptured each 5-7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Two (2) parking spaces available on a first come, first served. All parking is uncovered and requires provided fillable parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.
