Self-check-in allows you to come and go freely. (*Please be mindful of the entrance door noise at all times, as it closes with a loud sound if not handled carefully.*) ☑ **Free Wi-Fi is available.** The password is displayed near the entrance. ☑ **There are two bedrooms:** 1. **Western-style room:** 2 single beds + 1 foldable mattress 2. **Western-style room:** 2 single beds ☑ **The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and tableware for the number of guests.** (*For hygiene reasons, seasonings are not provided. Guest access The **left-side cupboard in the kitchen** and **part of the bedroom** are designated as storage areas. Please **do not enter** these spaces. Additionally, taking any items from the storage areas without the host's permission is strictly prohibited. If any theft of supplies is discovered, we will report it to Airbnb and charge for the damages accordingly. Furthermore, please **park only in the designated spot within the apartment premises.** Other things to note 【Prohibited Items】 ☑ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, in the building’s elevator hall, emergency stairs, and on the street in front of the building. Please do not throw cigarette butts anywhere. A fine of 20,000 yen will be charged if smoking or littering is discovered. (There are security cameras installed throughout the premises.) ⚠️ Recently, there have been cases where neighbors have reported such behavior to the police, resulting in fines. ☑ **Pets are not allowed.** If discovered, compensation will be requested according to the damage caused. However, if you have an **assistance dog**, you must provide an official certificate proving its status. If the required documentation is not submitted in advance, **you will not be allowed to stay.** ☑ **Do not create excessive noise** by playing loud TV, hosting parties, banquets, shouting, or running around. If the host receives **two complaints** from neighbors, **you will be required to leave immediately**. No refunds will be given **under any circumstances**. (*If this warning is ignored and excessive noise continues within the building, the police may be notified.*) ☑ **Do not leave trash outside the room**, such as at the entrance or on the balcony, as this will cause complaints from neighbors. This is strictly prohibited, and if found, a **fine of 20,000 yen** will be charged. --- 【Identification & Passport Requirements】 For **non-Japan residents**, after confirming the reservation, all guests must **submit their identification and passport online**. Please ensure you agree to this requirement before booking. Failure to provide the required documents **will result in cancellation of the stay.** 【Regarding Cancellation Fees】 Regardless of the reason for cancellation, we are unable to offer any refunds beyond what is stipulated in our cancellation policy.
