The space This house has an open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, office, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. Kitchen table has seating for 4 or 5 people. There's cable TV, Internet, office space with a desk and a bookshelf. There's boardgames in the built-in cabinet in the office. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second a double, nightstands, table lamps and an alarm clock. There's a folding sofa bed in the office and two folding pads for sleeping also available. Two full bathrooms. The main bathroom is newly remodeled and spacious. Appliances are all electric, tankless water heater, air conditioning and heating. There are two outdoor living areas. A screened in patio in the front of the house with tables and 4 chairs and the backyard is fully fenced with a large deck complete with a BBQ, fire pit, patio table, and 6 chairs. The backyard is enormous with tons of open space to enjoy. There's plenty of parking for your cars, RV, and boat. Other things to note There’s plenty of parking for an RV or boat/trailer on the gravel driveway beside the house.
