Lakeview Serenity Stay

Apartment with a private entrance. The bedroom is big with a double bed (180x200). The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has all the usual utensils, pots and pan, a toaster, tea kettle, three kind of coffee makers, a blender, micro-oven etc. Kitchen and the living room are in an open space with a door to a balcony, facing east. Great view over the lake and mountains. There is a private washing machine & dryer in a shared laundry room on the ground floor. The space Big free parking space outside. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment for themselves, one small room is used as a storage. There we keep laundry baskets, a clothesline and guests can store their suitcases. They can also use a private washing machine & the clothes dryer in a shared laundry-room,“Þvottahús”on the ground floor (key is kept in the apartment). Other things to note The house is on two levels with five apartments on each floor. From the outside they all have their private entrance facing north, where you can also sit and enjoy the evening sun. The sun shines on the balcony from early morning until midday.
