One is at the front of the house facing towards the driveway. Two cameras are in the backyard, one located in the center of the house and one located by the gazebo. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. Other things to note Maximum Occupancy of 8. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. Not Pet Friendly, please make other arrangements for your pets. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Parking. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the parking. Limited overnight parking is available by permit at the Seaside Visitors Bureau for extra vehicles or unoccupied RVs/travel trailers of hotel, motel, or VRD guests only. Guests may obtain a parking permit at the Visitors Bureau, located at 7 N Roosevelt (Hwy 101) in Seaside, during business hours. The Visitors Bureau is open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sundays seasonally.
