🐱Cats live here🐱 Cozy, sun-filled walk-out basement room in a 123-year-old home—fully remodeled with Scandinavian style and MCM charm. Room opens to a backyard patio and deck. Two friendly cats may visit (and possibly demand chicken or lap time). A warm, creative space hosted by someone who loves design, good vibes, and making guests feel at home. The space Remodeled brick home in a shot gun style. Walk out basement with large back yard, patio, a deck on a quiet street. Guest access Private keyless entry. Put in your 4 digit code and wait for the noise. If you do not hear the noise of it opening then it was not entered correctly. Wait for the red light to go off and try again. If the door code is put in wrong 5 times it will lock you out. Slowly push each button in order and confirm there is an opening sound. Please pull the door towards you while waiting for the sound to end. To lock pull the door shut and press the lock icon once. You never need to hit the check button. During your stay I try to provide privacy or interactions based on the guests desires. Most interactions are in passing to do laundry and attend to the cats. If more privacy is desired I have a divider that can be put up, however it cannot keep the cats from visiting or passing by. Other things to note There are 2 very friendly cats that often greet and visit guests. If I am not home or asleep when you arrive they may try to escort you to your room. If this is an issue please find lodging elsewhere for everyone’s comfort.
