I'm in the charming Mission area of South Pasadena, where you can walk to everything on safe, tree-lined streets! I am a few blocks from the Metro A Line, great restaurants, and Trader Joe's, in a lovely city loaded with charm. Please, no visiting friends without discussing it first. Always consider safety first. The space My guests have private access to a backyard entrance and kitchen. There is a queen-size bed, a private bath with a shower, Wi-Fi, and a TV. I have friendly dogs who accompany me most places, and I'm happy to allow dogs if guests wish to travel with their pets. I have a decent-sized yard, so we can easily accommodate your dog, but please remember, if a dog is brought, it must not be left unattended. Guest access The kitchen and guest bedroom are next to each other and can be accessed through French doors without entering the main house. You are welcome to use the kitchen. Please practice kitchen moderation; small meals only, please. We limit luggage to two suitcases, plus small personal items. You are welcome to use the refrigerator. Light snacks will be provided, but please purchase additional items if needed. Please be polite and keep the space clean. Thanks! Other things to note A SECOND REMINDER! There is a $2.40 per day overnight parking fee in South Pasadena. Permits can be purchased for 3 days at a time online or picked up at the SOUTH PASADENA POLICE STATION, located at 1422 MISSION STREET, SOUTH PASADENA, 91030. For longer stays, there is a monthly fee of $35.00. The Police Department is 5 blocks from my house. Permits can be purchased easily from a KIOSK with your license plate number, cash, or credit card!
