The space Sawmill Cottage is a timber built one level property, with masses of charm & character. There is a large kitchen & living room which is open plan, two large & light double bedrooms & a modern bathroom with a bath & shower. The ceilings are high with timber beams throughout. There is free private parking just outside for 2 cars & you can charge an electric vehicle using a lead. The pretty orchard garden is for the sole use of the cottage, with a range of apple trees & stunning panoramic views of hills from the front door. There are a huge number of wonderful walks straight from the cottage, with Howards Wood (20 acres of community woodland) literally outside the gate. Guest access You will have sole use of the cottage, the orchard garden & the 2 private parking spaces. You can also use the hard tennis court when available which is most of the time. Other things to note Sawmill Cottage is on the edge of the sought after stunning village of Netherbury & close to Beaminster & the market town of Bridport. Lyme Regis is a short drive away. It is close to the nearby beaches of the Jurassic Coast, market towns, endless walks, woods, pubs, restaurants & attractions of West Dorset. The perfect place to unwind, relax, rest or play.
