The space This cozy studio condo at Stoneridge Resort offers a comfortable and well-equipped space for relaxation. It features a queen-size bed and a sofa sleeper that accommodates up to 4 guests. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining table offers a space for meals or planning your next adventure. Unwind in front of the flat-screen TV after a day of exploring. The private balcony overlooks the beautiful StoneRidge Golf Course, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks. The unit is thoughtfully designed with lodge-style décor and provides all the amenities for a stress-free stay. Guests can take advantage of multiple community spaces, including propane grills for BBQs and a communal kitchen for preparing larger meals. There are also communal rooms, TV areas, and gathering spaces for relaxing or socializing with other guests. The Rec Center is just a short walk away, offering access to the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, and more. Also...Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo and resort. Outdoor Seating Areas – Patios, picnic areas, and outdoor seating areas are scattered around the resort. Playground – A playground for children, located near the Rec Center. Other things to note No Smoking & No Pets: This is a smoke-free and pet-free condo. Please note that the resort has designated outdoor smoking areas,. Parking: Free parking is available in the community lot. It’s first-come, first-served, with plenty of space, including spots for larger vehicles in a separate lot. Security & Safety: The resort has 24/7 on-site staff for security and assistance. You’ll have a key and card for access to the unit and Rec Center. Seasonal Amenities: Some amenities, like the golf course, mini golf, and outdoor courts, are seasonal, with golf available March–October and the mini golf course typically open from spring to fall. Bike rentals and some outdoor amenities may not be available in the winter months. Please check with the resort if you plan to visit during the off-season. Golf Fees: Guests can enjoy the StoneRidge Golf Course, but please note that green fees are not included and are charged separately by the golf course.
