Tranquill Chalet Ski In Ski Out

A centrally located, ski in/ski out home at Blue Knob All Seasons Resort! This 3 story home, set on the ski slopes, is the perfect place for family and friends to gather. The Tranquill Chalet is located on the slopes and is steps to the chairlift. Convenient, cozy and clean! We rent the first floor to accommodate up to 12 people. When available, we can rent the second floor to accommodate larger groups. On very rare occasions, we can rent the entire home. Pricing is based on the first floor. The space The 1st floor Consists of 3 bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, dining and living area. We have a 4th semi-private room which is available for an additional fee. We provide all bed sheets, blankets , pillows, bath towels and kitchen cloth towels. The mudroom entrance is a convenient place to take off your boots and hang your gear. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen, 3 twins as bunks Bedroom 3 - 2 twins as bunks Optional 4th room - Queen futon 2 full size sleeper sofas in living room 2 full baths laundry room on 2nd floor Sauna on 2nd floor Parking for 3 cars and possibly more - ask owner Nice sized party deck for apres ski! The 2nd floor Consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each bedroom sleeps 4. The 3rd floor is the same as the 1st floor. Floors 2 & 3 are for the Owners' family, however; depending on the timing of your stay, they are options to rent. Guest access Guests have access to the first floor and the sauna and washer/dryer on 2nd floor and all reachable decks. The first floor deck is reserved for guests. The middle deck is shared. Other things to note There is a rental agreement which needs to be reviewed and signed before completing the booking. In that agreement, you will see that we have a no pet policy. We do not allow our own dogs on the first floor in order to accommodate guests with allergies. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate service animals or emotional support animals due to a host cat allergy and also the host family has two very friendly senior dogs with conflicts towards unknown dogs or any cats on the property.
