Welcome to our family home in Clécy in the heart of Normandy Switzerland. You will be a 2-minute walk from the village, its shops and the Tourist Office. A 10-minute walk away, enjoy the banks of the Orne, its restaurants and activities (canoeing, kayaking, pedal boats, via ferrata...) The space The house offers 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 6 beds plus a baby bed, an equipped kitchen, 1 living room with a dining area and a TV area, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided and the beds are made upon arrival. Dogs are welcome, I provide a mat and bowls. You will also have access to the basement to enjoy the ping pong table and various games. You can also park bicycles and motorcycles there. You will have a 1000 m2 enclosed garden with a Jacuzzi area to relax and enjoy a nice view of the hills. A real little green cocoon for young and old! Guest access Parking for 2 vehicles is possible inside the grounds as well as a third in front of the gate. You can also access the house by public transport. 1 bus leaves Caen bus station and drops you off a few meters from the house. Other things to note 🖊️SPA available from April to October. 🚗 Several charging stations for electric vehicles are available in Clécy, including one 4-minute walk from the house. Deposit of 500€.
