The space This house has everything you need: ultra-comfortable king-size beds in each bedroom for restful nights, a large fully-equipped kitchen for cooking at home, and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for remote working or a Netflix evening. ✅ Linens and towels provided. A travel cot and bathtub can be installed on request, a dog bowl 🐕 is available in the kitchen furniture. Cooking machines such as raclette, fondue, pancake maker, toaster are always available, not to mention the ☕️ Dolce Gusto coffee maker and kettle for tea lovers. You'll also get private parking in the courtyard. Whether you are a couple looking for tranquility, a family in need of space, or simple travelers passing between Alsace and Germany, you will feel at home here. Guest access You will have access to all of this beautiful house via a private gate. Please note that the adjoining courtyard (parking) is temporarily under construction. During this period, parking for a maximum of two vehicles (shared with the second gîte) is possible but may be difficult. If necessary, parking will be free of charge in the street, in available spaces nearby. Other things to note ⚠️ Access to Europapark is in 15 mins via the boat on the Rhine during opening hours, if it is not in maintenance, a bypass is possible without time limits, count 35 minutes for this one. ⚠️ For everyone's respect, smoking is not allowed inside. An ashtray is available on the terrace, or you have the option to smoke at the veranda window by airing it well. 🛁 Temperature of the jacuzzi subject to the heater of the jacuzzi, an additional heater is installed when changing the water (especially in winter). 🎁 Special gift: A Disney plush toy offered for each booking, regardless of the length of your stay (subject to availability at the time of the stay).
