Respectful Environment – This is a beautiful nature friendly Space surrounded with renowned families so please avoid loud music, shouting, or any disruptive activities, especially late at night. 2. Visitors Policy – Only booked guests may stay overnight. Day visitors must be approved in advance. 3. No Grand Parties or Noisy Events – The property is meant for relaxed, peaceful stays, not for noisy celebrations or gatherings. If anything is planned in prior, inform me prior. I am okay with Small and Sweet birthday celebrations, bachelors party and send offs but Guests must inform me first. 4. Cleanliness – Please keep the space neat, especially if you’re staying with children. Dispose of waste properly. 5. Safety First – Watch over children around balconies, windows, and electrical appliances. Although I have made sure all the windows and balconies are covered with nets, still precautions are always better than cure! 6. Smoking & Substances – Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, No illegal substances at any all. 7. Respect for Neighbours – Keep noise low in hallways and common areas; greet others warmly. 8. Furniture & Appliances – Use them gently; damages will be charged at actual cost. 9. Kitchen Use – You’re welcome to cook, but please clean up after and turn off all appliances. 10. Check-out Care – Please switch off all lights, AC, and electronics before leaving. 11. Toiletries and personal grooming items are not included, So please carry your preferred ones.”
