Includes a TV, WI-Fi, Cooler and a sound system. It doesn't include AC. There is a separate dining area. GAMES AREA There are indoor and board games to play. There is a trampoline for kids to enjoy. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 3000 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 50 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a private plunge pool. The pool is 40ft x 12ft with a depth of 4.2ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Alfresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Steam/sauna room is available for use at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per hour for 4 people. - Spa services are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
