Our home has all the facilities that will make you feel connected and yet feel away from the city. The space Bedrooms: - The property comprises of 5AC bedrooms. 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor. - AC, comfortable beds, great views are offered in all the rooms. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes and mirrors are available. - Smart TV is available in the living room Bathroom: - We have 4 bathrooms in total, 3bathrooms ensuite in bedrooms and one common bathroom is in the living room on the ground floor - All bathrooms have geysers, fresh towels & handwash and bodywash ​ Living area: - It’s located on the ground floor with wide openings and connects to the dining area, kitchen, 1 bedroom, and lawn area and your way to the RIVER - This section features 2 ACs, WiFi, Smart TV, sound system & multiple sofas. - It is well-lit, ventilated with beautiful french windows offering magnificent views of the garden Lawn Area: - The Property has a Private Lawn that allows you to spend endless time with your family and friends. Here you can play a game of badminton or get into a match of cricket Shared Pool: - The property offers residents free access to the shared pool (we do not have private pool inside the property) Food: - Food can be ordered from nearby restaurants menu will be shared . Breakfast can be included inhouse at an additional cost- Poha, Upma, Eggs and Alu Paratha Games: - Cricket and badminton, Monopoly, Uno, a Deck of cards, Foosball Ball, Table Tennis And Carrom Guest access You can access the whole villa and its surroundings. Whether it is stepping out for a dip in the community pool or taking a walk in our huge lawn area, you can do it all. Other things to note We love nature as you do. We have 4 rooms with a double bed, the 5th room has a bunk and will have a mattress down. Additional mattresses can be used in the living room as well. - NO SURPRISES!! All-male and female groups are allowed. - In case of power outages, the generator does take 5 -10 min to get started so please dont worry...) . There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the generator is turned off. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Vi, Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are advised to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure for bugs and insects at the property due to its location. - The stay is a part of a gated complex. - The caretaker stays in the outhouse which is on the premises of the property and will be available from 09:00 AM to 12:00PM.
