Master bedroom with ensuite private bathroom, double bed, 2 nightstands, 40" smart TV with IPTV, closet Secondary room with bunk beds, 1 single bed and 1 double bed, 1 nightstand ***SHEETS AND TOWELS: The published price does NOT include sheets and towels. Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. Sheet and towel service not included. Contact us internally if you need the service (reference price: 25,000 COP). c) In the living room, there is a 2-seater sofa bed and a 55” smart TV with IPTV. d) Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet paper, soap, and odor extractor. The master bedroom bathroom has no tub (so it can be used safely by seniors) and has a safety handle in the shower. e) Terrace overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean, barbecue grills, gardens. f) Exclusive underground parking in the building. g) A work area equipped with a lamp and pencils. The table is foldable; you can find the extension cord and the lamp in the master bedroom closet. h) A folding Moses crib, with a mosquito net and blanket, located in the closet of the master bedroom. i) The building has its own pool, consisting of a pool (with infinity effect) for adults and one for children, as well as an area for lounge chairs with beach sand, umbrellas and changing rooms with a bathroom, at the exit of the pool. The operating hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM from December to March. Closed on Mondays for weekly maintenance, so the pool will not be available for use. j) The apartment has a grill on the terrace. It runs on natural gas and is lit with matches (the apartment has a lighter). Guests are asked to leave it clean after use, OTHERWISE AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR CLEANING IT. k) The apartment has a washing machine available for guest use. The service is at an additional cost. The cost of its use per stay is $10,000 (one-time payment for the entire stay). l) Additional services: Halogen heater for the bedroom and living room, gym in the condominium, sports equipment (tennis, soccer, volleyball, etc.), children's toys and board games. *** To use IPTV in the master bedroom and living room, please refer to the laminated user guide next to each remote control. ***Club House swimming pool open year-round.
