Our house has three cozy floors which are all separate units. Each one is a 120-140msq unit and fully equipped. This listing is for the middle floor only (140msq). We welcome our guests to use the front or back garden as well and taste the fruit from our garden. BIKE FRIENDLY, MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY, FREE PARKING, PET FRIENDLY! The space Our house was made with a lot of love and care, and guests can feel themselves at home. The apartment is perfect for both families with children and business people. A single unit (an entire floor), as described in this listing, has three bedrooms (sleeps 5), a large living room with an adjoined dining room, a full kitchen, large bathroom with a bath tub AND a shower, a separate toilet, and a utility room. There are two balconies, one on the East and the other on the West side of the house. The flat has pretty much everything you may need (large screen TV with cable, AC, Wi-Fi, wood burning stove...), and if there is something we can do to make you feel more comfortable, we'd be happy to help. Guest access Everything is at your disposal, from the garage to the garden, where you can have a BBQ party. All three floors and the basement share one main entrance to the staircase from where each unit has its own entrance. You will have the key to the main entrance and the entrance to your apartment.
