Spacious and modern apartment located at LINSOLES, gated and with restricted access (2nd floor WITHOUT elevator), with a strategic location on the banks of the ÉSERA river, less than 1 km from the VALLE DE BENASQUE and 4 km from the CERLER ski station. From the urbanization, you will access to hiking trails for both experienced and inexperienced hikers. A 5-minute walk will take you to the village of ANCILES, famous for its architectural heritage from the 16th and 18th centuries. The space We provide you with a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of utensils, including a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The apartment is heated with state-of-the-art electric radiators, programmed for optimal and efficient temperature. If you deem it necessary, you can adjust the temperature of the home to your liking using the independent thermostats located on each radiator. Please do NOT turn them OFF or UNPLUG them when leaving the home, as we will do that remotely. Connect your electronic devices to the Wifi which we will notify you of on the day of your arrival. To enjoy your favorite shows, you have a 50' Smart TV with integrated Chromecast. Quickly and easily cast from your mobile device to your usual platform, you will feel at home. *TRASH: to dispose of garbage, there are containers on the street, as well as in the garage of the estate. It is recommended to take it out in the evening. Guest access You have an indoor parking space located in the community garage, with direct access to the dwelling via stairs (there is no elevator). You may use the summer pool from June 21 to September 14. The established schedule is from 11:30 AM to 3:15 PM in the mornings, and from 4:45 PM to 8:00 PM in the afternoons. Additionally, you may enjoy a grass football field, gardens, and common areas that surround the residences. Other things to note You will find signs with information about the rules of coexistence in various places in the urbanization. Please, respect the rules of the Homeowners Association at all times. Also, for everyone's enjoyment, it is important that you respect the established rest hours in the premises.
