Le Mas Toupian is a beautiful Provencal Mas, former magnanerie, nestled in the wooded hilsides of the Serre Toupian. You will find us only about 3 kilometers from the beautiful village of Goudargues, in the beautiful "Pays du Gard" of the Occitanie. Le Mas Toupian can accommodate guests up to 24 people. The house offers everything for a carefree holiday: several terraces and parking spaces, beautiful garden, tennis court, large swimming pool, petanque, table tennis and table football The space The house is set in three acres of terraced parkland with Mulberry, Pomegrenate, Fig, Olive and Pine trees.  There is a Virgina creeper pergola, patios, terraces and shady little corners for peace, quiet and tranquility.   There's a large inner court with BBQ, a private Floodlit Tennis Court and a large 12m x 6m Swimming Pool with loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. The pool, Table Tennis, Jeu de boules and Table Football will keep the energetic occupied all day long Guest access Le Mas Toupian is the perfect holiday home for large groups of up to 22 people, even 24 if there are children in the group.  The house is built in an L-shape (with a west wing and a south wing) around a central courtyard and has 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms that are all located very close to one another. Each bed is equipped with bed linen. Hairdryer and towels are provided for guests. Almost every bedroom has its own entrance that opens onto the courtyard. The Mas also has a large and a small kitchen and 2 living areas, 1 of which gives enough space for large groups to sit together. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, 5 electric hobs, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine with filter, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine. The house is extremely spacious and has a surface of over 500 m²! Outside there is a possibility to barbeque. There are several terraces and parking spaces. Everywhere you will find a corner that can be discovered.
