Quietly situated house with 'breathtaking' view from terrace next to the pool

Do you want to enjoy your well-deserved rest, come to yourself and completely de-stress ... Then this location is definitely for you. Leaning back on a terrace with a view as if you were sitting in the cockpit of an airplane, with the background noise: 'a light breeze and the hum of a flying insect'. That is what you can expect from your stay at Finca Nicolau. A fully equipped detached house on private grounds of 45,000m². The biggest disadvantage ... the withdrawal symptoms during the first 3 weeks after your stay ... The house is located 400 meters higher than the valley about 5 minutes by car from the village center. A car is therefore necessary and the last 500 meters are not paved. The house itself has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, an extra toilet inside, 2 living rooms, one of which contains an extra sofa bed for 2 people. One of the 3 bedrooms has a double canopy bed (180 * 220cm) and a bunk bed. That brings the total to 10 sleeping places. Outside there is a parking lot for as many cars as you want, there is a swimming pool 5 * 4 meters, 160 cm deep, a carport, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and the most impressive toilet in the entire European Union! In winter, the olives are picked manually from the site and brought to the 'press' in the village. Almond nuts are not processed with us and the figs on the property can be harvested by our tenants themselves September-October. There are terraces in different directions, south and west ... wherever the sun is, from which direction there may be a breeze, .. you will always find a place that appeals to you! For the more adventurous / romantic people: a night outside on the terrace to watch the countless shooting stars is a must. Ask our Dutch-speaking key holder (who lives in the village) about the possibilities. In the village itself (5 minutes by car) you will find: public swimming pool tennis court 2 bakers 2 butchers fish shop cigarettes, newsagent 1 hotel several bars / restaurants cultural Center market (Sunday morning) in the very near vicinity there are several signposted hiking trails of all levels of difficulty. Also cycling course for experienced cyclists.
