Travel insurance is recommended incase cancellation is needed. *Must be 25 to rent *After booking a rental agreement is required to be signed due to the recreational land and activities (hiking, etc.) *Our home is sits back along a well-traveled road, which makes it easy to find and ensures the road is plowed promptly in the winter months. While you may notice some passing cars from time to time, most guests find it a small trade-off for the convenience of reliable year-round access. *Our home is located in a wooded mountain setting. While we maintain regular professional pest control service and take proactive preventative measures, occasional wildlife or insects may be present, as is common in this type of environment.
