Our 3 rooms are: "Mets" is closest to parking with morning sun. "Meri" has the largest terrace. "Rand" offers the best beach views and an sunset. Amenities include luxurious beds, shower, sofa, Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen, games, books, beach essentials, bike rental, grill. We are smoke-free and not suitable for pets or children under 7. The space Welcome to Lahepere Villa – a peaceful seaside hideaway just 45 minutes from Tallinn. Nestled between forest and the sea in the quiet village of Kloogaranna, our small boutique homestay offers a relaxing escape for couples and solo travelers who appreciate nature, comfort, and thoughtful design. We offer three modern mini-villas – Mets, Meri, and Rand – each designed to bring in natural light and the soothing rhythm of the nearby waves. Every villa is ideal for two guests, with the option to accommodate one child (ages 7–16). You’ll sleep in a high-quality bed with soft duck-down duvets and alpaca blankets, wake to birdsong and sea breeze, and enjoy your morning coffee on your private terrace. Each villa is equipped with a compact kitchen (including a fridge, combi-oven, induction hob, and Nespresso machine with daily capsules), as well as a small lounge area, games and books, a Samsung Frame TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and free Wi-Fi. A cold breakfast set is included and delivered daily — featuring items like bagels, croissants, fruit, and juice. The bathrooms are modern, with rain showers, toiletries, and fluffy towels. You’ll also find a wardrobe with ironing essentials, a hairdryer, cozy seating, and even a grill for summer evenings. We’re located just steps from the beach and surrounded by quiet pine woods — ideal for long walks, bike rides (free bikes available), or simply unwinding with a book and a glass of wine. The sunsets are particularly magical here, especially from the Rand villa terrace. For safety and comfort reasons, it is not suitable for children under 7 years old.
