The unit features two private bedrooms plus a shared living area — spacious enough for friends or family returning from the slopes or trails. The kitchen comes fully equipped (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, cookware, dishes), so you can easily prep hearty meals after a long day outdoors. The space 2 bedroom. Master bedroom has a king sleep number bed with remote. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Both rooms have tv’s with wifi. Comfortable living room with a couch that reclines on both sides. The living room TV has a directv box. Apartment has private WiFi. There is a coffee bar with many different kinds of coffee and creamers. Condiments are in the fridge and a bottle of wine waiting for you. Eggs, oatmeal, pancake mix and bagels are available to get your morning started. We leave a bottle of family made VT maple Syrup for your enjoyment. I have quarts available for sale upon request. Full laundry with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your convenience. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, soap, lotion, blow dryer and curling iron. Guest access The apartment is over a two car garage. It boasts 1200 square feet of livable space. Other things to note We are located 30 minutes from the Jay Peak Resort. 60 minutes from Mt. Mansfield in Stowe. Skidoo trails are within a mile. 80 minutes from Burlington for shopping and restaurants and airport. Lake Memphremagog is right down the road. We have spectacular fall foliage views. I do allow one pet (dog) per stay for an extra fee of $30. The WiFi in the apartment is Hughsnet. My home has Starlink so if high speed is needed please reach out for password. We live in the country and have to use satellite. Our internet speeds are very good allowing guests to work while on vacation and for streaming on the Roku’s and cell phones.
