MAINFLOOR -Full Kitchen with an electric range, dishwasher, full fridge/freeze, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, kuerig coffee maker (coffee provided), electric tea kettle (green tea provided) and filtered reverse osmosis water on tap. You'll find all the basic necessities for cooking such as: pots, pans, utensils, can opener, wine bottle opener, knives, cutting board, etc. Two bar stools located at the window. -We have a family room on the main floor featuring a foosball table, sofa bed #1 (full sized pull out) and a small comfy recliner. -Living + Dining room with a 6 person table and chairs, a couch/sofa bed #2 (full sized pull out), a designated work desk. -Bedroom #1 Queen Sized Bed Twin Sized Bed Full Bath is located directly across the hallway -Bedroom #2 Queen Sized Bed Full Bath is located next room over DOWNSTAIRS -In the basement we have a pool table, dry bar, two person infrared sauna, 1/2 bathroom, washer and dryer. -Bedroom #3 Queen Sized Bed Bathroom is located next room over. Other things to note We have a strict No Smoking/Vaping policy in our house. If Smoking has been suspected, a Cleaning Fee of $250 will be assisted. We ask that you clean your dishes, cups, pots/pans, utensils and return them to where you got them.
