Enjoy a stylish cosy Log Cabin with Hot Tub at this centrally-located place. The Cabin is brand new & boasts a double bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchen/living/dining with a small sofa bed. The cabin is ideal for a quiet, relaxed night for 2 people. The cabin does have sloped ceilings, just a heads up for you taller people! Please note the host has a small, old, hypoallergenic dog which may be in the garden! Hot Tub Fee £30 p/stay £40 p/stay from Jan27 due to energy price rise The space The Cabin At Crown Point is set in a gated home at the bottom of the main residence garden it’s 100m away from the main house with its own private patio, accessed by its own private front door. The Front door leads into a modern Kitchen/Dining/Living room with patio doors leading on to a private patio with hot tub. There is also a fully equipped utility and downstairs bathroom. There is one bedroom with a double bed. Secure Superfast fibre internet is included with a guest login provided on arrival. The Kitchen/Dining/Living consists of a sofa bed, smart TV, Dining Table for 2/3, and a fitted kitchenette with integrated appliances and quartz worktops. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail. Please note this is a cabin and runs on a large hot water cylinder but excessive use will result in the tank draining and guests having to wait for it to re heat. This has only happened once in six months so not expected but ask guests to be mindful. The Bedroom has a Double size ottoman bed, bedside tables and a hanging rail. 1 secure parking spaces are provided along with a remote key for the electric gates. Towels for both showering and hot tub are provided, please note it is vitally important that you shower before and especially after being in the hot tub to prevent any skin irritations/ conditions from the cleaning chlorine / bromine chemicals. We take no responsibility for any skin conditions etc we test before every guest arrives. Please note the Cabin runs on an external water tank and excessive shower time will drain the hot water available. Ample enough for several showers at a time. The £30 (£40 from Jan27 due to energy price rise) hot tub fee must be accepted before your stay as this is for the set up of the tub before your arrival (drain, clean, refill, reheat, chlorinate, balance) This is non refundable whatever the weather / circumstances. Externally there is access to a private rear gate which leads onto fields, a short walk over the fields you will find the local co-op. The Tuning Fork Restaurant and The Paddle Pizza Restaurant and take away. We cannot plan for the weather I’m afraid. If the rules for the hot tub are not followed or spillages etc happen please note if on the rare occasion it can then not been used for the next guests you will be charged to cover the cancellation cost. Please note - this property is in a residential area so strictly no parties, no loud music in the hot tub and quiet hours are 10pm - 8am Loss of keys and gate fob charge £75 We do not offer decorations for birthdays etc
